- By agreeing to the verification service, you explicitly consent to the IPV process, which will include IPV Personnel visiting the address you provided. This grants them the right of access to reach the location. The IPV process includes a questionnaire-based verification and a public search for civil and/or criminal cases filed against you in Indian courts.
- The information you provide may be utilized to create a verification report based on the collected information for the Verification Service. This report will be provided to the Client as determined by the Company/Client.
- If the concerned Client has agreed with the Company on a dispute resolution mechanism regarding verification results and you wish to exercise it, the Company may use your information to conduct local court checks. This information may also be shared with an advocate or solicitor practicing in the relevant court.
By utilizing the Site and consenting to these Terms and Conditions, you authorize the Unique Identification Authority of India (“the UIDAI”) and Five Diamond Screening India Private Limited (FDSI) to receive your Aadhaar number, name, date of birth, address, and demographic data for authentication with the UIDAI. This is in response to verification requests from our Clients. You acknowledge and accept that the Company has informed you that your Aadhaar number will only be used for submission to the Central Identities Data Repository for authentication. The information received during authentication may be used for background checks, identity verification, and public searches for civil and/or criminal cases filed against you in Indian courts. You further acknowledge and consent that you have no objection if reports generated from such background checks are shared by Five Diamond Screening India Private Limited (FDSI) with its Clients requesting Verification Services.
- Company’s Liability
The Company furnishes background verification check services to employers, employees, landlords, tenants, individuals exploring matrimony, and other scenarios where background information on individuals may be sought. These verifications rely on the information provided to the Company during the verification process. As the Company isn’t the source of the collected data and the findings hinge on the furnished information, it cannot verify or endorse these findings. The Company’s involvement is limited to providing background verification services and it is not engaged in actual transactions between employers and candidates, landlords and tenants, or any other individual-to-individual transactions. Consequently, the Company lacks control over the quality, safety, or legality of posted personal profiles, the accuracy of supporting materials, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities, or candidates to fill positions. The Company does not make representations concerning jobs, resumes, candidate suitability, or the Site’s Content.
