Syed serves as the head of Sales and Marketing at InteleScreen, leveraging over two decades of industry experience in his current capacity. His core mandate involves leading the InteleScreen’s sales and customer facing teams, guiding them in their mission to assist employers in developing and executing world-class screening programs.
Prior to the inception of InteleScreen, Syed was associated with leading commercial banks in India and has diversified experience in corporate sales, business development and general management across various industry sectors like Telecom, Retail to name a few..

Vijay Srikonda
Director
Vijay leads delivery for InteleScreen. In this position, he bears the accountability for constructing and propelling the operational facets of the organization to fulfil customer needs, all the while introducing ongoing enhancements to foster long-term operational expansion and adaptability. This includes overseeing service delivery, product development, solution consulting, process excellence, project management, technical consulting, customer training, credentialing, and account maintenance.
Prior to the inception of InteleScreen, Vijay held several leadership positions at HireRight, Aegis and Aditya Birla Minacs. Collectively, Vijay boasts of over a decade of experience within the Background Screening Industry with almost 2 decades of overall experience.
